New Supplier/Contractor Registration
Please Note that only Suppliers registered with Saudi Arabian Chevron (SAC) or Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC) and / or any subsidiary of Kuwait petroleum corporation (KPC) such as Kuwait Oil Company (KGOC) or KNPC are allowed to register with Wafra Joint Operations (WJO)
Please note that registration process must be completed in one Session , Data entered during registration process must be accurate and up to data, please download
registration form from this link and populate the data ,filled registration form must be signed Stamped and uploaded in the next step .
Required documents from Kuwaiti suppliers to be attach in the purchasing web for online registration with Wafra joint operations Purchasing Div. as materials supplier :
- copy of covering memo in company letter head (with postal address and other contact details) requesting to register the company as a supplier with KGOC - SAC wafra joint operations - purchasing division.
- copy of original recent (letter or certificate) from the bank stating the company name, account number, branch name, account currency and IBAN number.
- copy of company registration with KOC or KNPC as a supplier (registration certificate or copy of screen shot of registration).
