Note: Blue background is a must. Picture size should be as sample shown. Personal photo will be used for company representative gate pass.
Accepted: Photos or PDF Files (*.jpg, *.png, *.jpeg, *.pdf)
CIVIL ID attached should have both sides and be colorful. Attached file should be photo only.
Visa copy, Sub-Contract copy, etc. Upload only PDF for other supporting documents.
If candidate is working for more than one company, please list the company names in notes
