Suppliers must be registered in the Commercial Pre-Qualification (CPQ) system of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation in the State of Kuwait.
Suppliers must be registered with Saudi Arabian Chevron Inc. to be eligible for participation.

To become E-Tendering supplier, you must have a valid business registration, provide proof of insurance, meet our quality standards, and comply with all applicable regulations.
The initial review of your E-Tendering registration typically takes 3-5 business days. Once approved, you'll be contacted by our procurement team to complete the onboarding process, which may take an additional 1-2 weeks depending on your business category.
Required documents include: Business registration certificate, Tax registration, Insurance certificates (liability and workers' compensation), Company profile, Financial statements (last 2 years), Quality certifications (if applicable), and References from previous clients.
Yes, international suppliers are welcome. However, they must be able to operate legally within our jurisdiction and comply with all applicable local regulations. Additional documentation may be requested for companies based outside the country.
There is no registration fee for the Wafra E-Tendering system; the supplier registration process is entirely free of charge. However, registration with Kuwait Petroleum Company or Saudi Arabian Chevron Inc. may involve applicable fees.
