Before submitting a gate pass request, please have the following information ready:

  • Personal Information: Full name, ID number, nationality, job title
  • Company Details: Company name, contract reference, controlling division
  • Access Requirements: Areas needed, start date, duration of access
  • Supporting Documents: Civil ID, passport, driving license (if applicable), safety induction certificate
  • Vehicle Details: Vehicle type, manufacturer, model, license plate (for vehicle passes)
Important: Gate passes expire after the end date specified in the request. Plan ahead if you need extensions. For temporary access, submit a new request for each required period.
