COEM Process-Exhibit
Scope
The WJO COEM exhibit is the EHS contract agreement between the company and contractor. The Exhibit is provided to each Tenderer and they are required to review the entire exhibit which includes the specific requirements listed in exhibit as well as the processes, procedures and standards linked in the document. These EHS requirements shall be reviewed by the Contractor and any expense related to meeting these requirements shall be included in the contract price.
Upon award of a contract, the contractor is required to meet or exceed these requirements and not conforming to these provisions can result in action.
